Analysis of anti-DEN virus IgM antibodies in patient sera using rEDIII-T antigen-based in-house IgM ELISA. Anti-DEN virus IgM antibodies in serum panels 1 (A), 2 (B), and 3 (C) were tested in an ELISA using the rEDIII-T protein as the capture antigen. Bound IgM antibodies were detected using anti-human IgM-HRPO conjugate in conjunction with TMB substrate. The dotted line indicates the cutoff absorbance (A₄₅₀ of 0.54).
