Temporal transcriptional activity of ralp3. Growth phase-dependent luciferase activity was measured in the ralp3 luc strain. The strain was grown at 37°C in THY medium under a 5% CO2-20% O2 atmosphere (A) or with ambient air with shaking (180 rpm) (B). Growth was monitored over time by measuring the culture OD600. Luciferase activity is expressed in relative light units (RLU). The results of one representative experiment out of five independent experiments are shown.
