^aAnimals (six mice/group) were immunized i.n. with rCPAF+IL-12, rMOMP+IL-12, rIncA+IL-12, C. muridarum (10⁵ IFU), HEL+IL-12, IL-12, or PBS (mock immunized). Animals were bled 10 days after the final booster immunization, and sera were analyzed for anti-CPAF antibody, anti-MOMP antibody, and anti-IncA antibody levels by ELISAs using microtiter plates coated with the corresponding antigens.
