Effect of homogenate concentration on nitrated BSA. (A) Effect of a rat spleen homogenate at serial 2-fold dilutions incubated with nitrated BSA for 10 min. The protein concentration in the most concentrated homogenate (1:1) was 2.5 mg/ml. Control nitrated BSA is designated as N-B. This is a representative experiment with four different preparations.
