Comparative study of CD8⁺ T cells specific for HIV-1 Gag following i.m. injection of AdC7 and AAV2/8 in hybrid mice. The mice were immunized with 1 × 10¹⁰ viral particles of AdC7 or 1 × 10¹¹ GC of the AAV2/8 vector expressing HIV Gag. Populations of CD8 cells expressing single or multiple cytokines were measured as indicated in the key at day 14 (A) and day 90 (B).
