Total RNA (15 μg from weeds or 10 μg from indicator plants) isolated using CONCERT plant RNA isolation reagent, treated with DNase, and purified by using a QIAGEN RNA purification kit were applied on 5.5% acrylamide gels containing 8 M urea and electrophoresed at 60°C.
