Immunofluorescence after transfection of cRNA of segment A. BHK-21 cells were cotransfected with in vitro-transcribed capped cRNAs from cDNA plasmids containing either the full-length sequences (pD78A) or a chimeric segment A (pD78-Belg, pD78A-GLS, pD78A-E/Del) and cRNA of pP2B. Acetone-fixed cells were incubated with MAbs 10, 57, R63, 67, and B69 against the viral protein VP2. The reactivities of the MAbs were detected by DTAF-conjugated goat anti-mouse antibodies.
