Replication kinetics of recombinant IBDV in cell culture. Embryonic chicken cells were infected with IBDV D78, PS-D78, Mut1, PS-Mut1, Mut2, PS-Mut2, Mut10, or Mut11 as described in Materials and Methods. Supernatants removed at the indicated times (hours) postinfection (h p.i.) were used for determination of viral titers, expressed in TCID₅₀ per milliliter.
