Determination of the sites of phosphorylation of MBS by Rho-kinase. Purified full-length MBS was incubated with GST-CAT in kinase buffer A containing 100 μM γ-[³²P]ATP for 1 h at 30°C, and the reaction product was digested with Achromobacter protease I. The obtained peptides were applied onto a C18 reverse phase column as described in Materials and Methods.
