Vaults and p193 are not relocalized in response to DNA damage by UV light. Human foreskin fibroblasts were either not treated (A–C) or treated with UV light (D–F). After 24 h, cells were examined by indirect immunofluorescence with a monoclonal p53 antibody (A and D), affinity-purified p193 antibody (B and E), or affinity-purified vault antibody (C and F).
