In vitro binding assay of p193–MVP interaction. In vitro–translated [³⁵S]methionine-labeled MVP was incubated with GST fusion proteins, GST only (lane 1), or GST-p193int (lane 2) and glutathione-agarose beads. After extensive washing, proteins extracted from the beads were analyzed by SDS-PAGE followed by PhosphorImager analysis.
