(A) Cav-1KO cells were incubated with AF594-SV40, fixed after 18 h, stained in indirect immunofluorescence with a Golgi marker (ManII, mannosidase II), an ER marker (CNX, Calnexin), and a marker for the smooth ER (Syn17, syntaxin 17), and analyzed by confocal microscopy.
