Rapsyn −/− myotubes (clones 11–4 and 11–7) were treated with 100 nM laminin-1 for 16 h and double labeled for AChRs and phosphotyrosine using rhodamine-conjugated α-btx and antiserum against phosphotyrosine followed by secondary FITC-conjugated antibodies.
