The wild-type (WT) stock were y w (rows 1–3), lgl334 aPKC k06403/++ (rows 4 and 7), and lgl 334/+ (rows 5 and 6). The lgl/lgl mutants were lgl4/lgl4 (rows 1–3), lgl4/lgl334 (row 5), and lgl334/lgl334 (rows 4, 6, and 7). The lgl aPKC double mutants were lgl4 aPKCk06403/lgl4 aPKC k06403 (rows 1–3), lgl334 aPKCk06403/lgl 4+ (row 5), and lgl334 aPKCk06403/lgl334+ (rows 4, 6, and 7).
