Newly expressed NHPX localizes to speckles. HeLa cells were transfected with pAL214ECFP–NHPX for 24 h before microinjecting pAL107EYFP–NHPX and the microinjected cells were fixed after 1.5 h (A), 4 h (B), and 24 h (C), and counterstained with anti-SC35 to denote speckles.
