Shown is the mean ± SEM (n = 3) of the base2 log–fold increase in tunicamycin-treated animals over untreated animals for each genotype. The induction of lin-15 (ZK662.4) is likely to be an artifact of the hsp-4::gfp;lin-15 array present in both wild-type and mutant animals.
