Figure 1. — RanGAP1 localizes to spindles in a microtubule-dependent manner. HeLa cells were untreated or treated with 2 μM nocodazole for 2 h and then permeabilized with digitonin and fixed in formaldehyde. The cells were stained for β-tubulin (green) and RanGAP1 (red) using specific antibodies and counterstained with DAPI (blue) for DNA.
