Transposition frequency is calculated as percentage of viable spectinomycin-resistant cells over total number of viable cells in absence of selection.

Plasmid clearance is calculated as 100 minus percentage of viable chloramphenicol-resistant cells over viable Specinomycin-resistent cells.
