p120ctn overexpression increases the cytosolic pool of p120ctn. The relative distribution of p120ctn in cytosolic (C) and membrane (M) fractions was compared in both untransfected and p120-GFP-transfected NIH3T3 cells. Fractions were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and blotted with antibodies against p120ctn.
