These are shown as posterior probability density functions estimated by the Bayesian coalescent analysis using a mutation rate of 0.07244 bp−1 Myr−1 and age constraints of the Irish population: 13–40 kyr. Five independent runs of MCMC were performed for 10 million steps each, with the first 1 million steps discarded as burn-in.
