Hid localizes to the mitochondria. HeLa cells were transfected with pcDNA3 Hid. Twenty-four hours posttransfection, the cells were stained with 100 nM MitoTracker for 30 minutes, fixed, and immunostained with a mAb to Hid (CL1C3) and a FITC-conjugated secondary antibody.
