(B) Western blot of AP fusion proteins. Supernatants of 293 cells secreting soluble AP alone, AP-3EGF, or AP-8EGF were precipitated with TCA. The precipitated proteins were separated by 6% SDS-PAGE under nonreducing or reducing conditions, blotted, and detected with anti-CIAP antiserum.
