ANP-GFP colocalizes with dopamine-β-hydroxylase (DBH). Immunocytochemistry was performed on chromaffin cells transfected with the ANP-GFP construct. Cells were fixed, and then permeabilized with absolute MeOH (−20°C). Cells were then processed for DBH (see Materials and Methods).
