Temperature-induced phase transition between lamellar and inverted hexagonal phases in the mixed lipid systems: Comparison of experimental data (26) and simulations for pure DOPE (triangles), DOPE/LPA (circles), and DOPE/DOPA (squares) systems. The experimental data are shown by open symbols and the simulation results are shown by solid symbols. The lamellar phase corresponds to 100% bilayer and the inverted hexagonal phase corresponds to 0%. The composition of the mixed systems is 90% DOPE and 10% of a minor lipid (LPA or DOPA).
