Nup-358 binds to both RanGDP and RanGTP. Glutathione-Sepharose beads with immobilized Nup-358–1 (Left) or Nup-358–4 (Right) at 0.25 μM were incubated with 0.8 μM RanGDP or RanGTP. Bound and unbound fractions were visualized by SDS/PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.
