Identification of the region of HSL that interacts with ALBP. Truncations of HSL were produced as described in Materials and Methods. The truncated HSL constructs were in vitro-translated with [³⁵S]methionine and incubated with GST (lane 2) or ALBP–GST (lane 3) and with glutathione beads, as described in Fig. 2.
