GGPS1, TC, and γ-TMT mRNA levels were not up-regulated in response to stress. * indicates all three stressed genotypes were statistically different (P < 0.05) from their corresponding unstressed controls at the indicated time points except for HGAD at d 3, where only wild type and 35S::HPT1-11 mRNA levels were statistically different from the corresponding controls.
