Polymerization reactions (40 μM tubulin) were kept on ice (lane 1), 37°C (lane 2), or 37°C in the presence of T138067 [lane 3 (1 μM), lane 4 (3 μM), and lane 5 (10 μM)], colchicine [lane 6 (1 μM), lane 7 (3 μM), and lane 8 (10 μM)], or paclitaxel [lane 9 (1 μM), lane 10 (3 μM), and lane 11 (10 μM)] for 10 min before analyses.
