Analysis of higher affinity alanine-substituent 2C TCR double mutants. Representative binding curves are illustrated for each of the different ligands for the 102/55, 102/56, and wild-type (WT) scTCR proteins. ELISA binding curves are presented for the mAbs F23.1 (Vβ8.1, 8.2, 8.3; A) and F23.2 (Vβ8.2; B), as well as the clonotypic mAb 1B2 (C).
