Intermolecular determinant spreading of antibody responses in SJL/J mice immunized with hRo60 peptides. Reactivity of sera from mice immunized with peptides hRo60_316–335, hRo60_441–465, and ZP3 peptide JS7A, with different ribonucleoproteins was tested in slot blots. Each lane represents an individual serum, at a dilution of 1:250.
