^* Immature DCs were challenged with different stimuli for 40 h and analyzed for expression of surface markers. PR8 was used at 5 HAU/ml, poly I:C at 20 μg/ml, LPS at 1 μg/ml, TNF-α at 50 ng/ml, and IFN-α at 50 U/ml. Data from one out of six experiments with comparable results are shown as mean fluorescent intensity.
