Peripheral T cells from GVHD⁺ mice have a normal rate of cell division (BrdU incorporation). Results are presented as the percentage of BrdU-labeled (BrdU^lo and BrdU^hi) elements in four cell subsets: CD4/CD62L⁺, CD4/CD62L⁻, CD8/CD62L⁺, and CD8/ CD62L⁻. *BrdU labeling of CD8/CD62L⁻ elements could not be studied in the A.BY control group because this cell subset is practically undetectable in 8-wk-old A.BY mice (A).
