The mAb PAL-1 blocks AM binding of TiO₂. Hamster AMs were untreated or pretreated with PI, CS, mAb PAL-1, and an isotype-matched control mAb (IgM), and their binding of TiO₂ was determined by flow cytometry as described in Materials and Methods.
