Effect of mAb PAL-1 on bacteria and yeast binding by AMs. Hamster AMs were left untreated or pretreated with PI, CS, mAb PAL-1, and a control mAb (IgM). Following pretreatment, AM binding of E. coli, S. aureus, and the yeast particle Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Zymosan) was determined by flow cytometry.
