Vα24⁺Vβ11⁺ NKT cells were purified by cell sorting and expanded with plate-bound anti-CD3 and soluble anti-CD28 mAbs in the presence of PHA, IL-2, and IL-7 for two rounds (14 d each). Cell numbers were counted on days 0, 14, and 28, and are shown at ×10⁻³. Fold increase: compared to the starting cell numbers.
