The primary recipients listed as mice Nos. 1, 2, and 3 in Table served as donors for secondary transplantation. Lethally irradiated mice were transplanted with 2 × 106 bone marrow cells per mouse 16 wk after primary transplantation. Between 12 and 16 wk after secondary transplantation, the recipients were analyzed for percent chimerism of CD34KSL-derived cells.
