Chromatin structure of the ARO4/HIS7 intergenic region of strains deficient in nucleosome modifying activity. Yeast strains FY1360 (snf2Δ), FY1354 (gcn5Δ), or FY1352 (snf2Δ/gcn5Δ) were cultivated without exogenous adenine.
