TCR expression by T cell transfectants. T cell hybridomas transfected with wt (2C) or high-affinity mutant (m6) TCRs were stained with biotinylated F23.1 IgG (anti-Vβ8, ∼90 nM) or F23.2 IgG (anti-Vβ8.2, ∼130 nM) followed by SAv:PE.
