BM-derived Linc-Kit+Sca-1+ HSCs (500 cells per well) were cocultured with ALCAMlow/−, ALCAMhigh cells, or osteogenic differentiation induced ALCAMhigh cells (ALCAMhigh/osteogenic) in the presence of SCF, IL-6, IL-7, and Epo. After 8 d of cultivation, the expression of lineage markers was analyzed by FACS®. The data shown represents the mean ±SD.
