Figure 1. — RT-PCR analysis for IL-13 receptor transcripts in MDA-MB-231 and PANC-1 cell lines. Total RNA (2 μg) from cells transfected with or without IL-13Rα2 chain or vector alone was examined for expression of mRNA for IL-13Rα2 and IL-13Rα1 chains by RT-PCR analysis. The same amount of total RNA from PM-RCC cells served as a positive control.
