Figure 3. — In vitro cell growth of MDA-MB-231 and PANC-1 tumor cell clones. To examine in vitro cell growth of MDA-MB-231 and PANC-1 cells transfected with IL-13Rα2 chain or vector alone, cloned cells (2 × 10⁵) were cultured in 100-mm petri dishes and were harvested by trypsin after 0–96 h, and then cell number was counted by Trypan blue staining. The results were represented as means ± SD of triplicate determinations, and the assay was repeated several times.
