CTS1 mRNA expression is upregulated in calcineurin and cts1Δ570 mutants. Shown are results of Northern blot analysis of total RNA isolated from isogenic wild-type (JEC21) and cna1 (MCC3), cnb1 (DSF11), and cts1-570 (DSF22) mutant strains grown at 25 or 37°C for 4 h.
