MC57-SIY tumor cells were inoculated 24 h later. 2C T cells proliferated in WT, CD4-depleted WT, LT-deficient, WT-LT^−/− BM chimera, and LN-less B6 mice but failed to do so in the CD4-depleted LN-devoid mice.
