Binding of soluble KIR tetramers to HLA class I transfectants. Cells were incubated with indicated 20 µg/ml tetramers in the absence or presence of anti–MHC class I mAb 6a4 before flow cytometric analysis. Determination of cell-surface expression of HLA molecules was assessed using 6a4 mAb.
