Bone marrow cells obtained from TG1 BLNK^+/+ and TG1 BLNK^−/− mice were stained for the extracellular expression of B220 and IgM and the intracellular expression of μ and κ via FACS^®. Figure shown is representative of five independent analyses. Abs used are FITC-anti-IgM, PE-anti-B220 for the extracellular staining, and bio-anti-IgM or bio-anti-Igκ for the intracellular staining, the latter two of which are revealed with streptavidin-Cychrome.
