AgsA partially suppresses the ΔdnaK52 phenotype. ΔdnaK52 (strain BB1553) and ΔdnaK52 + pAgsA (strain CS5257) cells were grown in L medium at 30°C for 3 h. Various dilutions (10⁻¹ to 10⁻⁵) were spotted onto L agar plates supplemented with 250 μM IPTG and were incubated at 30 or 37°C for 24 h.
