The percentage of T cells in each quadrant is indicated. (B) Freshly isolated CD8⁺ T cells were stimulated with either T2 cells or peptide-pulsed T2 cells. Cells were gated to identify CD28⁻ CD8⁺ and CD28⁺ CD8⁺ T cells and assessed for cytokine production. Values indicate the percentage of cells in each quadrant producing IFN-γ or IL-2.
