Leukocyte rolling flux in sensitized wild-type (n = 5) and P-selectin–deficient animals (n = 3) at 4 h after antigen challenge, before and after administration of an anti–α₄-integrin antibody. Administration of the antibody had no effect on leukocyte rolling in wild-type animals at this time point, however, there was an almost complete reversal of leukocyte rolling in the P-selectin–deficient animals.
