Effect of antigen dose on Th1 and Th2 AICD. Th1 or Th2 effector cells (5 × 10⁵) and 1.7 × 10⁵ DCEK APC were incubated in 1 ml of medium and restimulated with graded concentrations of PCCF. After 1 and 2 d, cells were harvested from each culture and stained with TdT and PE-CD4. The percentage of TdT⁺ CD4⁺ T cells was determined as above. Results are representative of three experiments.
