Co-transfer of CD4⁺ CD45RB^high T cells from IL-10 transgenic mice prevents colitis pathogenesis. 2 × 10⁵ CD4⁺ CD45RB^high T cells from IL-10 transgenic mice were co-injected with 4 × 10⁵ cells of the same type from control mice into SCID recipients. The recipients were monitored weekly for weight loss as described in Fig. 3.
